Namecheap.com hosting

Has anyone tried the hosting service from namecheap.com? They have started offering hosting recently and their rates seem pretty low. I am inquiring about their service to give them a try. Do you have any review about their hosting?

everything I have heard about them has not been so good, there hosting seems to have alot of uptime but alot of complaints i have heard is about there support team

if their uptime is higher, I think its a good thing. Customer support is good only at few hosting providers while most others suck at it. How much uptime they are providing by the way?

through out my life i've been with a lots of hosts, but the feature u must look for in a host is the Technical and Backsupport they offer, in my experience

I bought a domain form there once but it has since gone through so many different registrar name changes I am not sure what they are called anymore.
