What happens if you buy from a reseller and they fade away or disappear?
Can you enforce your service contract with the source host?

Not like that... Why you don't try with this site goresellers.com for reselling HOST.. Also i got my hosting services from here TuckTail.com : Search, Register and Transfer Web Domain Names and More @ free of costs.. Also in here we can get all domain process..

I want a reseller acct. i don;t like too many different hosting accts. i want to be able to migrate all domains inside one master account.

you should be able to point all domains for the registrar designated domain name account to the hosting servers wherever.
