if you have traffic bursts across the entire network at peak packet speed times then co lo hosting is for you. you need packet relay efficiency because the shared packet conveyance needs to be at optimum working speed.

Look at the major Tv networks and their online outages, their bursting does not match peak demand. They use local ISP bandwidth and top out at bw limits.
